NCPTA would like to invite you to attend the 2010 Annual Conference and Expo of the North Carolina Public Transportation Association. The conference and expo are scheduled to begin on Monday, June 7, 2010 in Wilmington, North Carolina at the Wilmington Hilton Riverside, 301 N. Water Street.

NCPTA 2010 EXPO, JUNE 7-9

This year’s conference golf tournament and exhibitor set up will take place on Sunday, June 6. We will be back to our two day format so our exhibitors will have more time with our attendees. The formal expo will be held on Monday, June 7 and on Tuesday 8 the exhibits will be open for our attendees to visit with those that would like to stay. The exhibit area is in the same location as the morning breakfast as well as general session so we ask that if you plan to stay on Tuesday you do not break down exhibits until the afternoon. Please remember that all exhibitors and sponsors are welcome to stay throughout the entire conference.

An exhibitor and sponsor packet is available online (pdf). You can also register online. We recommend that interested exhibitors/sponsors fill out their registration forms early. Our spaces are limited to 40. Last year we were sold out! Register early to make sure your space is reserved!

FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO May 10, 2010 IN ORDER TO RESERVE YOUR EXHIBIT LOCATION. There will be a late registration fee of $50 for any registration made after May 10, 2010. Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and postmarked no later than April 30, 2010. A $50.00 handling fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the April 30, 2010 deadline.
