Late Fees: Registrations received after May 10 must include a late-registration fee of $50.
Refund Policy:
Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and postmarked no later than April 30, 2010. A $50.00 handling fee will be withheld. NCPTA will not refund fees after April 30, 2010 as spaces have been reserved and meals have already been confirmed with the hotel.

Registration Information

  1. Fill out this online exhibitor/sponsor registration form.
  2. Click "Add to cart" any item you have checked which requires online payment. Do NOT click on "continue shopping" on the cart page. It will reload your registration page and reset your entries.
  3. Review and click submit - you will see confirmation that the form submitted correctly. If you don't receive immediate web "Thank You" page or e-mail confirmation, resubmit form as this indicates the page did not "send". First, check your Spam or Junk Mail folder for the automatic email or if your e-mail is sensitive, before submitting this form, set your email to accept messages from "info@nctransit.org."

Payment

  1. Select payment method on form.
  2. Make certain you check off the activity box AS WELL AS "add to cart" if you are paying online. Do NOT click on "continue shopping" on the cart page. It will reload your registration page and reset your entries.
  3. If you selected to pay with credit card or paypal account, use the "Pay Online" button on the THANK YOU PAGE.

    If you selected to pay by check, print copy of registration confirmation email and mail in with fees.
