2011 NC Public Transportation Conference and Trade EXPO Participant Registration

FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO May 1, 2011 IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE INCLUSION IN SIGNAGE AND OTHER PRINTED MATERIALS AND/OR EXHIBITOR SPACE. There will be a late registration fee of $50 for any registration made after April 15, 2011. Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing and postmarked no later than May 6, 2011. A $50.00 handling fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the May 6, 2011 deadline.

Hotel reservations should be made by April 15, 2011 directly through the hotel.

Registration Information
  1. Please fill out this online participant registration form.
  2. Click the "Add to Cart" button any item you have checked which requires payment. Do NOT click on "continue shopping" on the cart page. It will reload your registration page and reset your entries.
  3. Review and click submit - you will see a web page confirmation that the form submitted correctly with the information you selected shown. PRINT CONFIRMATION PAGE FOR YOUR RECORDS. Note the REGISTRATION NUMBER shown.

    IMPORTANT:**You must also click "SUBMIT" at the bottom of the page for your registration form to be sent to NCPTA- Paypal is only the payment...not your registration for the conference*** Checkout begins on the next screen.

    If you don't see an immediate web page confirming your registration information for you to print, resubmit form as this indicates the page did not "send".
Payment
  1. Select payment method on form.
  2. Make certain you check off the activity AS WELL AS click the "Add to Cart" button if you are paying online. Do NOT click on "continue shopping" on the cart page. It will reload your registration page and reset your entries.
  3. If you selected to pay with credit card or paypal account, use the "Pay Online" button on the CONFIRMATION PAGE.
